After School Programs
Girl's Circle Facilitation
Talk to your local schools and parents about providing these services
*Meet weekly after school from 3:30 - 5:30pm.
*Gathering in circles and creating a sacred space for all girls to be heard, seen and valued as equals.
*Discussing body image, self-worth and the beauty within every girl.
*Uncovering their emotions, fears and thoughts that keep them stuck.
*Learning about clean communication and expressing themselves authentically.
*Dealing with bullies, queen bees and bystanders
*Using Crafts, Walks, Movement, Sound Therapy, Dance, Breathwork, Aromatherapy,
Journaling and more to enhance the Seven Keys of Power within
them.
One to One Life Coaching and Mentoring
*Part life
coach, part mentor, part big sister
*Personal one to one time, meeting for one to three hours per week.
*Setting Goals
and discovering their unique gifts and talents.
*Discussing body image, self-worth and the beauty within every girl.
*Learning easy techniques for self-care and building self-esteem.
*Creating powerful friendships
*Dealing with bullies, queen bees and bystanders
*Uncovering their emotions, fears and thoughts that keep them stuck.
*Working with Girls through the Seven Keys of Power.
*Empowering and fun activities to stimulate their personal strengths,
creativity, self-esteem and the power within every Girl to be all she wants to

Girl's of Power Circles for Youth Groups and Camp Programs
Discover
a special Girls Empowerment and Leadership experience designed
specifically to promote friendship, self-esteem, communication and
leadership skills amongst girls of all ages.
Invest in your Campers and CIT's by including Girls of Power Circles as part of their Leadership training and support.
Day and Evening Workshops in age specific groups.

learn new songs and witness the power of sisterhood emerge amongst
campers.

*Uncovering their emotions, fears and thoughts that keep them stuck.
*Learning about clean communication and expressing themselves authentically,
*Using Crafts, Walks, Movement, Sound Therapy, Dance, Breathwork,
Journaling and more to enhance the Seven Keys of Power within
them.
Girls of Power Parties - for girls ages 11 and over
Originally
called The Girls and Goddesses Party. This is a wonderful way for a girl
to celebrate her birthday with her close group of girl friends.
I love to tell girls that they are being initiated into the secrets and
mysteries of womanhood. This is a time to really honor girls as emerging young
women and to let them know that this is a powerful time in their lives worthy
of great value and appreciation. It is about teaching our young girls that
being a woman is a gift and a treasure, there is great beauty and love for us
to share as we grow in our lives as empowered, healthy women.
At a Girls of Power Party, we make our own Girls of Power crowns and
create a sacred space for a ceremony to take place. After we officially call
ourselves into the circle we say the names of our mothers, grandmothers and
role models and call them into the circle with us. We toast and honor
each girl in the room and we pick Goddess cards to give us insights to the
mysteries of our lives.
It is a beautiful and fun experience for all who attend, young and old alike.
