About Elizabeth
I have been exploring and teaching in the field of Women's Health and Empowerment for almost twenty years now. As I have worked with Women throughout the last 20 years, it became apparent that we need to start earlier, speaking to girls who are just coming of age about their inner strengths, vulnerabilities, fears, desires, talents, gifts, beauty and power to help support them in becoming the women they want to be.
Girls of Power is a journey and an exploration into the feminine psyche and gifts within all women and girls.

Elizabeth Stahl B.A., N.H.C. is a certified Girls Circle Facilitator and the founder of Girls of Power Life
Coaching and Mentoring for girls ages 12 and over. She is also the creator of
The Girls of Power Party, The Goddess Party and Spiritual Life and Wellness
Coaching
for Men and Women
Elizabeth has 17 years of experience as a
Natural Health Consultant (NHC), Mind/Body/Spirit Therapist and Teacher of Women's
Wellness.
Elizabeth spent time as a Camp Director at Camp Farwell for Girls in Vermont, where she implemented Girl's Empowerment Programs into the camps regular activities. Elizabeth combines her skills as a Natural Health Consultant with her Life Coaching and
Mentoring practices.
Elizabeth's beautiful and powerful Girl's of
Power work supports Girls and Women in their growth, in setting their goals, in
building self-esteem and in helping them step forward as the women they want to
be.
My Story
In my late teens I found myself attracted
to a fertility Goddess symbol in the form of a necklace, I put that necklace
around my neck in 1987 and have worn it ever since. The symbol of this Goddess
necklace has inspired my life and my life’s work, and I have felt so blessed
because of it.
The Girls of Power work offered here is based on my own exploration, experience and
healing practices in which I have incorporated years of holistic training with
the aspect of the Divine Feminine consciousness and the ancient Goddess
mythologies from around the globe. These mythological stories are archetypal
and relevant to all of today’s women.
The power of myth is immense, and as we educate ourselves through mythology, we
discover how these ancient stories still have relevance, mirroring the many
aspects of our modern day lives. Issues such as power, love, compassion,
betrayal, fear, beauty, competitiveness, addictions, etc. are all an aspect of
this type of exploration.
My work includes creating rituals, ceremonies, exercises, crafts, movement and
conversations that help to stretch our view of ourselves, moving us through our
own self-imposed limitations and coming through feeling more whole and
empowered. This is a gift and a blessing I wish to share with all women.
Girls of Power is based on the belief that Girls are our future and their emotional as well as physical health is our utmost priority. I am committed to meeting those
needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat
customers and referrals.
